Attorney

Kristi became an attorney out of a desire to use the law to help others and serve her community. Living and working in Placer County, she made a deliberate pivot into family law after serving as a City Attorney for the City of Lincoln, California, driven by a desire to move from entity representation to one-on-one client advocacy where she could affect real, positive change in people’s lives.

Kristi’s legal career began at Lincoln Law School, where she graduated magna cum laude. She served as an extern for the California Court of Appeal, Third Appellate District, President of the Women’s Justice Society, and Dean of the Delta Theta Phi law fraternity, and was a Teaching Assistant for Community Property.

Kristi received the Joan and Robert Zarick Merit Scholarship (Fall 2021) and the Lincoln Law School Merit Scholarship (Fall 2021, Spring 2022).

Kristi published three pieces in Lincoln Law School’s Voir Dire: From Stay-At-Home Mom to Lawyer Mom (May 2021), Women’s Justice Society (Dec. 2021), and A Special Path to Law School (Dec. 2021).

Guided by her own experiences as a mother, and as a former CASA volunteer for Placer County, Kristi brings warmth, empathy, and a grounded perspective to her clients. She knows that family law requires not just mastery of the rules, but a deep understanding of the human element behind every case file, making her a fiercely protective and deeply trusted advocate for the families she serves.
